PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by The Rez Rev, LLC (“we”, “our”, “us) in the course of its business, collected from the Service, and/or from the RezRev website. All capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the same meaning set forth in the Terms of Service of which this Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. The terms “You” and/or “Your”, unless state otherwise, include “Users” (as defined in the Terms of Service), those registered on the website for the newsletter or other communications, and visitors to the website.
1. Privacy
1.1 The Rez Rev, LLC will not sell or share any of your personal information with any third party or for solicitation purposes. All information that you provide is held in the utmost care and security and will not be shared with any third party unless required by law, or as required in the use of the Service.
2. Security
The RezRev website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology, to safeguard User data. This encryption provides protection from unauthorized parties accessing any information you send to us. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot 100% guarantee the security of our systems. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. All employees and contractors of The Rez Rev, LLC must sign a non-disclosure agreement that protects the confidentiality of all personally identifiable information before the employee gains access to such information. The Service and the RezRev website have security measures in place to protect the alteration, misuse, or loss of the information under the control of The Rez Rev, LLC that meets or exceeds all industry standards for the protection and confidentiality of personally identifiable information.
3. Collected Personal Information
3.1 To register for the Service, Users are required to provide contact information including name, email address, and phone number. To complete the registration process and subscribe to the Service, Users may be required to provide financial information, including a valid credit card number and its billing address. Users may provide personally identifiable information for other purposes while using the Service. This may include, but is not limited to, submitting User Content and/or User Submissions. The Rez Rev, LLC does not collect personal information from its Users unless they voluntarily and knowingly provided it to The Rez Rev, LLC. A visitor may visit RezRev website without revealing any personally identifiable information. The site visitor is never required to provide any personally identifiable information unless the visitor subscribes to the Service or registers for the newsletter.
4. Use of Personal Information
4.1 When a User supplies personal information for a specific purpose, The Rez Rev, LLC will use that information for only that purpose in providing the Service or information the User requested. In order to respond to User inquiries regarding the Service, User contact information may also be used to contact the User. Communications between a User and The Rez Rev, LLC are handled with integrity and in the strictest of confidence. A User’s personal information will not be disclosed to another Applicant or Employer without an affirmative action by the User to disclose the information and per the Terms of Service. A User’s personal information will not be disclosed to a third party under any circumstances, except as stated in this Privacy Policy or in the Terms of Service.
4.2 The Rez Rev, LLC will not sell, share, rent, or trade any personal information about any of its Users to any third parties for the third parties’ use, whether promotional or other purpose. The Rez Rev, LLC will not sell, share, rent, or trade User email addresses or any other contact information to any third parties for the third parties’ use, whether promotional or otherwise. The Rez Rev, LLC will not share any information relating to Users’ employment situation with any third parties, except when required by law or as voluntarily shared by the User in the use of the Service. The Rez Rev, LLC will not share any information from your Content and/or User Submissions with any third parties, except as set forth in the Terms of Service or when required by law. Any such information a User provides to The Rez Rev, LLC will remain confidential. Each employee or contractor of The Rez Rev, LLC signs a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement to ensure Users’ privacy.
4.3 The Rez Rev, LLC may share personal information with third parties used by The Rez Rev, LLC for Payment Service to process credit cards to bill a User for the Service as set forth in the Terms of Service.
4.4 The Rez Rev, LLC reserves the right to use personal information when a) required by law; b) when, in the sole discretion of The Rez Rev, LLC, disclosure is necessary to in good faith comply with the edicts or intent of the law, c) when required by law enforcement; and/or d) to comply with legal process served on The Rez Rev, LLC.
4.5 Marketing. The Rez Rev, LLC would like to send you information about products and services that The Rez Rev, LLC thinks you might like. By using the Service and agreeing to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy you have agreed to receive marketing and you may always opt-out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop The Rez Rev, LLC from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please follow the “Opt-Out” section in this Privacy Policy.
5. Modifications. The Rez Rev, LLC reserves the right to supplement, modify, and/or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and Users are asked to review it frequently. The Rez Rev, LLC will notify Users by email or through the RezRev website of a material change to this Privacy Policy.
6. Opt-Out of Automatically Distributed Information.
6.1 A User or visitor of the RezRev website who has registered to receive the newsletter and/or receive other automatically distributed information, understands the registration status may be changed at any time. Please contact The Rez Rev, LLC to request your name be removed from the applicable distribution list. This request may be submitted as follows:
6.1.1. Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any automatic email update or alert that you receive;

7. Updating or Correcting Personal Information.
7.1 If a User wants to edit the User’s personal information, account settings, or password, a User can log in to the User’s Account and click on the “Edit” button. A User may also contact The Rez Rev, LLC using the methods stated on the RezRev website under “Contact Us”.
7.2 To change a designated payment method such as credit card information, please contact team@therezrev.com.
7.3 If a User wants to delete, request a change in the processing, or request a transfer to a third party of the User’s profile and/or personal information, please contact team@therezrev.com.
8. Anonymous Information.
8.1 IP addresses may be briefly logged but are discarded within a short period of time. Anonymous information that may be received from visitors to the RezRev website is not used in any work, promotion, or research. IP address logs are not connected to a subscriber’s personally identifiable information.
9. Cookies.
9.1 The Rez Rev, LLC may use cookies to manage User sessions within the Service to identify Your browser as you visit the RezRev website or use the Service. Cookies are not used in any of The Rez Rev, LLC’s work, promotions, or research. The log files for cookies used by The Rez Rev, LLC are connected to your personal information.
10. Children’s Privacy.
10.1 The Rez Rev, LLC does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 on the Service or RezRev website, and the Service and RezRev website are not targeted towards anyone under the age of 13. If you believe that we might have received information from a child under 13, please contact us at team@therezrev.com.
11. Links.
11.1 The RezRev Website may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that by clicking on one of these links, a User or visitor is affirmatively agreeing to enter another website not controlled or operated by The Rez Rev, LLC. The Rez Rev, LLC is not responsible for the privacy policies/practices or content of any other websites.
12. Testimonials.
12.1 The Rez Rev, LLC may post written testimonials on the website and said testimonials will only be published with a User’s first name and last initial or anonymously. The Rez Rev, LLC may request testimonials via video submissions from the Users for use on the RezRev website, The Rez Rev, LLC’s Google Business Profile, or the Service, and may list a User’s full name if stated in the User’s video. The Rez Rev, LLC will obtain User consent prior to posting the testimonial.

13. Changes to Our Privacy Policy.
13.1 The Rez Rev, LLC may modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time to ensure it is up to date with our business practices and any applicable laws. When substantial changes are made to this policy, you will be notified via the email address provided in your account creation for the Service, by a prominent notice on our website and Service, or other acceptable method.
